Safety Design & Explosion-Proof Protection
Explosion-Proof Marking & Intrinsically Safe Circuit
Explosion-proof certification marks and safety warnings are displayed on the main housing. Control circuits use an intrinsically safe design.
Explosion-Proof Alarm Control Box
The red enclosure carries an "Ex" mark and is secured with stainless steel latches and an independent lock cylinder to restrict access. Indicator lights show alarm status to operators.
Explosion-Proof Pump Motor
A flange-connected explosion-proof motor drives the pump for operation in flammable environments.

Main Components & System Configuration
Carbon Steel Storage Tank
Stores fuel on the skid. The dual-compartment option holds two fuel types or grades in one tank.
Fuel Dispenser & Flow Meter
The dispenser works with a piston flow meter installed in the pipeline for real-time flow monitoring and metering.
Pump, Valve & Piping Assembly
Independent pipelines with manual ball valves operate each tank or compartment separately, allowing different fuel grades such as 92-octane and 95-octane in one station. Labeled piping and flange connections simplify operation, inspection and parts replacement.
Skid Structure
All components are mounted on one steel chassis. Shock-absorbing supports facilitate lifting and transport. The exterior has an anti-corrosion coating.
Rain Canopy
A cantilevered canopy with a corrugated color-coated steel roof and triangular truss supports covers the dispenser area. It shields operators and instruments from rain, snow and direct sun.

Applications
Mining & Industrial Operations
Fuel supply for mines, factories and port terminals.
Construction & Infrastructure Projects
Refueling for machinery and site vehicles at highway construction, infrastructure sites and concrete plants.
Logistics & Fleet Depots
On-site refueling for logistics parks, freight fleets and bus depots.
Remote & Field Operations
Temporary fuel supply for oil and gas exploration, field construction sites, remote industrial parks, large farms and airport special-purpose vehicles.
Emergency Support
Fuel supply for disaster relief, flood control and drought relief, and incident response.

Configurations & Customization
Site-Based Layout
Layout drawings are prepared from site dimensions, fuel type, local voltage and climate conditions.
Dispensing & Metering
Pump, flow rate, dispenser arrangement and metering equipment are selected according to fuel type and dispensing demand.
Electrical Supply
Voltage and power are matched to the electrical supply at the installation site.
Non-Standard Requirements
Other tank capacities, compartment arrangements, dimensions, equipment layout and exterior identification are reviewed case by case.
Quality Assurance & Certifications
Fabrication & Assembly Inspection
Material specifications, tank dimensions, weld appearance and assembly quality are checked against approved drawings.
Pre-Shipment Testing
Every unit undergoes pressure-resistance, explosion-proof and functional testing. Functional checks cover pump operation, dispenser, valves, piping connections and electrical controls.
Certifications
CE, ATEX, IECEx and UL certifications. Copies of the relevant certificates are provided with the order.

FAQ
Q: What information is needed to receive a quotation?
A: Tank capacity, fuel type, dispensing flow rate, destination country, local voltage and explosion-protection requirements. Site dimensions and project drawings help confirm the configuration. Quotation requests are answered within 24 hours.
Q: Can the equipment be inspected before shipment?
A: Yes. Pre-shipment inspection can be done by video link or by a third-party agency such as SGS or BV. After the order is confirmed, production progress can be tracked at any time.
Q: What packaging and shipping support is provided?
A: Container loading is calculated for the unit dimensions, and shock-resistant packaging is used for transport. We assist with preparing customs clearance documents.
Q: What is the warranty period?
A: 12 months for the complete unit and 18 months for the core pump assembly and explosion-proof motor.
Q: Are spare parts available for overseas buyers?
A: Replacement parts can be shipped by air freight. An optional spare parts kit for high-wear components is recommended for quick local maintenance.
Q: Can the station be supplied under our own brand?
A: OEM branding can be discussed during quotation.
Q: What technical support is available for installation and operation?
A: Bilingual Chinese/English manuals, exploded-view diagrams and video-based guidance are provided.
