Product Overview

The Containerized Refueling Station integrates fuel storage and dispensing equipment inside a steel shipping container. The storage tank, pump, filters, metering equipment and safety devices are pre-assembled at our factory as one transportable unit, so on site it only needs to be positioned and connected. Available in 20ft and 40ft formats.

Container Structure & Configuration

Steel Container Enclosure
Steel shipping-container structure with lockable doors, which restricts access to the fuel and equipment.

Internal Equipment Layout
Pumps, filters, metering equipment and safety devices are arranged around the selected tank. We provide a layout drawing based on your site dimensions, fuel type, local voltage and climate conditions, and confirm equipment positions and service access on it before production.

Tank Structure and Compartments
Compartments follow the number of fuel types to be stored. Wall structure and thickness are confirmed on the approved design.

Customization & Available Options

Fuel Dispensing System
AC or DC pump, mechanical or digital flow meter, automatic or manual nozzle, with hose length and flow rate to your requirements. Diesel, gasoline and biofuels are supported, with components selected for each fuel's properties.

Electrical and Control Systems
12 V and 24 V supplies in addition to 110 V, 220 V and 380 V; 50 Hz or 60 Hz; standard or smart control system; optional fuel management system.

Safety and Monitoring Options
Fuel-level monitoring, remote monitoring, GPS tracking, generator system, solar power supply and lighting.

Container Exterior and Identification
Exterior color, OEM logo, nameplate design, anti-corrosion coating, lifting lugs and forklift pockets.

Safety Features & Compliance

Fuel Leakage and Overfill Protection
Leak detection and overfill prevention are available. Detection method and alarm arrangement are agreed before production.

Emergency Shutdown and Fire Protection
Emergency stop system, flame arrester and fire protection system are available. Required equipment depends on the fuel, site conditions and local requirements.

Electrical and Static Protection
Anti-static grounding and explosion-proof electrical components can be specified. Hazardous-area requirements differ by country, so please state your destination when requesting a quotation.

Technical Documentation
We hold CE, ATEX, UL and IECEx certifications. Units undergo pressure-resistance, explosion-proof and functional testing before shipment. Each order includes certificate copies, equipment drawings, operation manuals and inspection records according to the supply scope.

Installation & After-sales

Site Preparation
A firm, level base, such as compacted gravel or a concrete pad, that can carry the fully loaded station. We supply foundation specifications.

Positioning and Connection
Confirm the lifting method, clearances and connection points before delivery. Electrical, grounding and fuel connections must follow the approved drawing and local requirements.

Commissioning
Before operation, verify the equipment, electrical connections, leak-protection functions and dispensing system.

Technical Support and Spare Parts
Warranty: 12 months for the complete unit, 18 months for the core pump assembly and explosion-proof motor. Replacement parts can be sent by air freight, and an optional spare parts kit covers high-wear components. Remote support is provided with exploded-view diagrams and video guidance.

Q: What is the typical production lead time?

A: Standard configurations take around 4–8 weeks after order confirmation. Customized units may take longer, depending on design approval and component availability.

A: Quantity, destination country, target capacity, fuel type, local voltage, site conditions, and any project drawings. We respond within 24 hours.

Q: What trade and payment terms are available?

A: EXW, FOB and CIF can be arranged. Payment terms are stated in the quotation and sales contract.

Q: Can I follow production and inspect the unit before shipment?

A: Yes. Production progress can be tracked after order confirmation, and pre-shipment inspection can be done by video link or by a third party such as SGS or BV.

Q: How is the station packed and shipped?

A: We calculate container loading, use shock-resistant packaging and assist with customs clearance documents.
