Self Contained Refueling Unit

The Self Contained Refueling Unit is an integrated fueling solution for construction, agriculture and fleet operations. Its compact, self-contained design simplifies on-site fuel dispensing and helps distributors supply a ready-to-deploy refueling system to commercial and industrial customers.

Separated Mechanical and Electrical Systems
Mechanical lines use stainless steel braided hoses. Electrical cables run through explosion-proof conduits. A partition wall separates the two sections, so components are easy to identify and your team can handle routine maintenance.

Mechanical Liquid Level Gauge
Black dial with 1/2 and F markings, fluorescent pointer and stainless steel bezel. It needs no electrical supply, stays readable at night, and resists water and dust.

IC Card Reader & Emergency Stop
The RFID card-sensing zone limits refueling to authorized cards. The yellow explosion-proof emergency stop switch is highly visible and mounted in a prominent position for quick shutdown.

Lockable Cabinet & Safety Valve
The lockable cabinet restricts access to enclosed equipment. The safety valve helps limit spills.

Construction Equipment Refueling
Fuel is kept next to machinery and temporary work areas, such as highway and infrastructure projects and concrete plants, reducing trips to an off-site refueling point.

Agricultural Operations
On-site fuel supply for equipment on large farms and dispersed working areas. The manual pump option suits locations without a power supply.

Fleet and Logistics Operations
Routine refueling and fuel allocation at logistics parks, freight fleet yards and bus depots. The IC card system records fuel consumption by vehicle and driver.

Model Selection
Provide your site dimensions, fuel type, local voltage and climate conditions. We recommend a suitable model and supply layout drawings.

Tank Capacity
Selected according to daily fuel consumption, refill frequency and available installation space.

Pump & Dispensing
Choose a manual or 12V electric pump, and specify flow rate, power supply and hose arrangement.

Fuel Management & Accessories
IC card management, the emergency stop and other accessories are itemized in the quotation, with standard and optional items listed separately.

Separated routing: Mechanical lines and electrical cables run on separate routes with a partition wall between them, making inspection and maintenance easier.

Dispensing and access protection: The automatic shut-off nozzle stops dispensing when its shut-off mechanism is activated. The emergency stop switch allows immediate manual shutdown, and the lockable cabinet and safety valve restrict access and help limit spills.

Pre-shipment testing: Units undergo pressure-resistance, explosion-proof and functional testing before shipment.

Certifications: We hold CE, ATEX, UL and IECEx certifications. Scanned copies of the certificates applicable to your selected model are provided with your quotation.

Export Packaging & Shipping
We calculate container loading efficiency, use shock-resistant packaging and assist with customs clearance documents.

Documentation & Training
Chinese and English manuals and exploded-view diagrams are supplied. During installation and maintenance, our after-sales engineers guide local technicians by video call, so units do not need to be shipped back to China for repair. Operation, adjustment and maintenance training is available on site or by video tutorial.

Warranty & Spare Parts
The warranty period is 12 months for the complete unit and 18 months for the core pump body and motor. An optional spare parts kit for high-wear components supports quick local maintenance, and replacement parts can be shipped to overseas customers.
