Structure and Fuel Handling
Integrated Skid Structure
The tank, transfer pump, flow meter, dispenser and control cabinet are mounted on one steel base. Piping and wiring are completed at the factory.
Corrosion Protection
Standard coating is epoxy primer with polyurethane topcoat. For coastal and salt-spray environments, the coating is epoxy zinc-rich primer, mica intermediate coat and fluorocarbon topcoat.
Unloading Area
A separate unloading area on one side has piping and connections for transferring diesel from a tanker truck to the tank.
Piping and Valves
The piping between the tank and dispenser is 316L stainless steel. Shut-off valves and pressure relief valves are installed at key points. Flanged or compression connections allow maintenance and inspection.
Dispenser
The dispenser has a nozzle holder and a metering display showing instantaneous flow, cumulative volume and preset quantity.
Safety Design
Grounding and Static Protection
A static grounding terminal is provided on the unit, with additional grounding points at the unloading area and dispenser. Connect the grounding system before operation.
Explosion-Proof Control Cabinet
The cabinet meets the rating listed in the specifications. Disconnect the power before opening the cover. Confirm the required rating against the site's hazardous-area classification.
Fire Protection and Monitoring
Options include a suspended automatic fire extinguishing system (68°C), flame detector, hydrocarbon vapor detector and static grounding alarm.
Safety Signage
Signs include a product identification plate, no-smoking warnings, an unloading zone marking, an explosion-proof warning on the control cabinet, and flow direction labels on the piping. Signs are bilingual (Chinese/English) or in the language of the target market.

Environmental Load
Wind resistance is customizable up to Level 12 and seismic resistance up to Magnitude 8+. A reinforced roof is available for heavy-snow regions.
Enclosure and Structure
Colors: white, khaki, construction yellow, dark grey or custom corporate color. The dispensing area can be open or fully enclosed with guardrails. Heavy-duty steel bollards and three roof options (flat, extended rain canopy, access ladder) are available.
Smart Control
Choose a keypad or color touchscreen, IC card reader or license plate recognition, and an optional 4G/5G IoT module with mobile app and cloud dashboard.
Other Options
Quick-open inspection port, in-tank drainage device, and OEM branding (logos, labels, nameplates).
Quality Control
Weld Inspection
Tank welds are checked for visible defects. Non-destructive testing, such as radiographic or ultrasonic testing, is carried out according to the agreed inspection plan.
Tank Testing
The tank is tested for structural integrity and leakage using the specified method and acceptance criteria.
Function Testing
Pump, flow meter, valves, piping connections, nozzle, electrical connections, control panel, emergency stop and configured safety devices are tested before shipment.
Final Inspection
External finish, equipment installation, accessories and order specifications are checked before packing and delivery.
